In the fall of 2000 while I was working on obtaining my real estate license I purchased the domain www.conestogaestates.com and created a website. The site was an excellent source for leads and contacts with homeowners looking to purchase a home in Conestoga Estates.
Over the years selling real estate in Conestoga Estates has always been a secondary source of income for me. I was employed 11 years full time as a Property Manager. However in January 2018 I hung up my "Property Manager's hat" and retired from the profession. I am now dedicating my time to selling homes in Conestoga Estates; hence the new website and new look which includes this blog page.
I am excited about this new website for Conestoga Estates and looking forward to blogging about real estate activity in the community, and whatever else is on my mind as a resident.
